"Elevator had been broken for two weeks with apparently no fix in sight. The hotel has four floors. We had to change our room type so we could stay on the first floor. I asked for a discount but they offered none. "

"Not clean. Had to go to the desk for a new door card twice. "

"Tub was dirty room smelled stale door jam has a large gap when closed towels were dingy"

"Only room left in town at 9 pm. Rough property, but better than sleeping in the car. "

"The room was clean but there were no chairs. I realize it was a handicap room and more space needed for a wheelchair but there wasn't even a chair or table for anyone that may have been a caregiver. The lady at the desk was pleasant. When I went to get ice, the machine closest to our room didn't work so I went to the front desk and she directed me to the machine closes to the office. It was nice to be able to park near the room."

"The room had roaches, there was mold in the bathroom, the door knob to the closet was hanging off, the tv did not work had to be replaced some lamps did not work and the AC was very loud."
