"I stayed at this resort for one week over the New Year holiday with a group of friends. While we were excited to celebrate at the property, our experience was unfortunately disappointing. The customer service at the front desk was unacceptable. Several staff members were dismissive and rude during our interactions, and one of the managers we encountered displayed the same unprofessional behavior. "I was quite impressed with the quality and maintenance of the facilities. The shower was a particular delight - the best rainfall shower i have used in a hotel for long time! Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty. I'll definitely be back."
