"Room was clean. Breakfast time was terrible. So many people in a very tight inaccessible area. Often foods and plates were depleted. Cannot use the pool whenever you can because you have to reserve a time. Unfortunately there were no time slots available therefore my family was not able to enjoy the pool while we were there for 2 nights."

"This hotel was ok. The rooms are on the smaller side. We thought from the pics online that all the rooms had outdoor access, but the doors all seem to have been closed over at some point. But that’s probably our fault for not really reading the listing. The staff were friendly enough, but I wouldn’t say they went above and beyond or anything. It was clean and the beds comfy enough that I’d stay there again if the price was reasonable next time I’m in the area."

"Great location for Old Quebec City. Onsite parking was a bonus and the staff were great. The only thing that let it down was room cleaning… We were there for 3 nights and the only thing done was make the beds and change towels that didn’t need changing as we didn’t put them in the bath. Maybe that’s the hotel policy for a short stay? The room and bathroom were also small so possibly not easy to clean around our stuff? We did have a dog friendly room which was great, but may account for the smaller size… Also, if you book through a third party and need a dog friendly room, make sure you call the hotel to let them know as the room we originally booked did not take dogs. Anyway, we would still recommend staying here and if we go back to Quebec, we would definitely chose this hotel!"

"For the price, I think breakfast, or parking, or both, should have been included. Good location. Clean and quiet room, comfortable bed. Parking garage definitely not for the faint of heart. But also good to have parking option."

"Great location if you want to be close but not in tourism central. Also close to great neighbourhoods just off the beaten path with excellent restaurants. The room was a little dated and in need of a few minor repairs (a loose floorboard, peeling paint) but overall met expectations with good value."

"My kids loved Hotel Quebec by Jaro, they have lots of great activities for kids and they could have stayed longer as there were lots for them to do. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and we liked the buffet style. There could have been better maintenance for example half of the games at the arcade were out of service and the rooms were outdated and the carpet in the hallways were dirty. Overall we had a great stay and my kids had lots of fun!"
