"The hotel is a little old, which is par for course in this area of Quebec City. Elevators and hallway are a little dated and it shows. The room was good. Two issues - our toilet flush was not working properly and we had to fix it when we arrived and one of the faucets was also not working normally. Other than that, the stay was good. Staff was excellent!"

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’hôtel Valcartier. Nous avons pleinement profité du parc aquatic intérieur et extérieur. La chambre d’hôtel était superbe. Les lieux étaient bien entretenus et propres. Le seul bémol était les salles de bains, il manquait de savon dans chaque salle de bain et à la fin de la journée les toilettes à côté du restaurant étaient dans un mauvais état. Mise à part nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjours et nous retournons certainement!!"

"Friendly attentive staff. Pool was fun for the kids. It gets crowded though. My only wish is that they notified us that they only clean the rooms once every 3 days. It was a little disappointing to come back after a long day to a room where the beds aren't even made. Other than that, the location was great, the kids had so much fun at the pool and we felt the room was spacious and clean."
