Hotel Busby

"We stayed at Hotel Busby for four nights and overall had a very good experience. The front desk staff were the highlight of our stay. They were consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They arranged transportation, made drinks at the lobby bar, gave excellent restaurant recommendations, made check-in easy, and always had beach towels ready. Their customer service was exceptional. The location is also excellent. It’s within walking distance of the train station and tram, making it easy to explore Nice, Monaco, and the surrounding area. Our room had four single beds, a refrigerator, and a lovely terrace. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room wasn’t serviced for the first two days, and later visits included fresh towels but limited cleaning. It wasn’t a major issue, but more consistent service would have been appreciated. The breakfast buffet had a good selection, including made-to-order omelets, pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, meats, cheeses, yogurts, and cereals. The only downside was the breakfast room attendant, who made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable by closely monitoring guests. Although we had paid for four breakfasts and only two of us were eating, I was stopped for taking one croissant to my child upstairs. I understand the policy, but it felt unnecessarily strict, especially since other guests appeared to leave with pastries or coffee. Overall, I’d happily recommend Hotel Busby for its wonderful staff, excellent location."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, staff super friendly an so close to everything that you needed. Either the train station for trips elsewhere or the tram stop near enough right outside the hotel, it's the perfect location for a break away"

"The location was great for the Old Town, Promenade and had bus stops for the airport route just around the corner. Staff were very helpful and our triple room was relatively spacious."
Hotel Beau Rivage

"From the USA. Stayed 3 nights at Hotel Beau Rivage. Location is excellent in terms of restaurants/shops/beach nearby. Ubering is easy. Safe location. Hotel was clean and A/C worked great. A few inaccurate/deceiving notes about the listing. 1) Beau Rivage Beach Club chairs/access is NOT included with your stay. It costs $35 Euros per lounge chair per day and the only way to get that rate is to pay in cash at the front desk. The Beau Rivage Beach Club costs $55 Euros if you go directly there. Beach is large rocks so water shoes are a must. 2) Hotel does NOT give you beach towels to take to the beach no matter where you are going. They list they give you beach towels which is not true. 3) Bar on site is not technically part of the hotel. Bartender does not assist with opening wine bottles from outside the bar, they will not loan out corkscrews, buckets or ice for you to take to your room. They really should correct the listing so it is not false. Other than that, the stay was great."

"A great location for tours, food and the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very reasonable price compared to others around the area. The only thing we were not happy about which surprised us was that to use their pool, it cost 10 euros per hour per person. So instead we used the free more beautiful Meditteranian beach which was like a warm pool anyway."

"This hotel had the Perfect location for seeing Nice and being close to shopping, restaurants, beach and the train. We loved our stay. The concierge was super helpful ! The daily waters and gift of Chilled wine at check in were fabulous extras. The only tiny complaint is the pool was smaller and no as pretty as pictures showed. But it didn’t matter as you were directly across from the fabulous beach, so no need for the pool ! I would highly recommend this property. It was wonderful for the price paid and a great experience. The restaurant on property was amazing too with terrific views and you got a discount at the beach club across street. Thank you. We will be back again !"
