Cannes is certainly the place of the beautiful but that doesn't just end with the people. I stayed here with my husband on an all too short break. Did my homework and it certainly paid off. The Five Seas provides laid back luxury in a fantastic boutique setting. It's design oriented but in no way pretentious. Great location, near the beach and promenade. Lovely helpful staff, very friendly. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Free bar from 6-9 too which is amazing before you go out in the night.

I liked everything about the hotel, I stayed in this hotel lots of times and every time I stay I enjoy it more and more, the staff are all friendly and welcoming,and very helpful. Great service, lovely helpful lady on check in who showed us to our room and explained things, very friendly staff, easy parking! Seen reviews saying car park round the back and hard to find?? Disagree, in fact those reviews made it hard for us on arrival as tried to find the car park out the back unnecessarily! A great little hotel in a perfect central location in Cannes, ideally located to the Palais. Very welcoming staff and great facilities in the rooms.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simlle and delicious. Right on Rue du Antibes, easy for shopping, beaches and food.

Nice modern rooms with good facilities and very comfy beds. Small pool/spa on roof nice to cool down small gym with couple of machines nice clean facility.

We absolutely adored staying at Hotel Renoir. The staff, Karin and Emmanuelle, were really knowledgeable about the Cannes area and related cities, such as St.Tropez, Nice, and Monaco. They sent us to the top places, such as CBeach in Cannes and 55 in St. Tropez, which we really enjoyed. The rooms are beautiful.
