Our unit had a loose toilet and a very noisy AC unit (clearly broken not noisy from its design) They moved us into an upgraded unit for free to fix the problem, so everything was good.

Foi uma estadia muito boa, quarto muito bom, organizado, limpo, áreas comuns amplas e limpas, area da piscina grande e limpa, funcionários prestativos e educados. Única observação é em relação ao chuveiro, que para sair água quente tem que abrir muito registro, com isso a pressão da agua é muito forte e desperdiça muita água na minha opinião, e se não abrir muito o registro do chuveiro a agua no chuveiro não sai quente.

A visão da pousada é linda, porém as escadas atrapalham bastante, não se pode esquecer nada no carro, pois não dá para voltar buscar tão fácil. A data que fomos chovia muito, então sofri com a renite, pois até os travesseiros pareciam estar úmidos.

Reservei o quarto que gostei, mudaram sem minha concordância! Para outro pior, banheiras de hidro não funciona ( não fui informado) sem café da manhã, difícil atendimento, estacionamento horrível, um morro de matar, se for uma camionete ou RAM esquece! Ducha do chuveiro parece entupida, solta um névoa que se for mulher precisa de touca para não molhar o cabelo!

Desastroso

Em apenas duas diárias, faltou água para tomar banho em dois dias. Estacionamento muito difícil e com rampas muito íngremes. Piscina não estava 100% limpa. No quarto q fiquei entrou água de chuva na madrugada. Não tinha um item básico de cozinha compartilhada que é um saca-rolhas, inviabilizando abrir uma garrafa de vinho. Não obstante, atendentes Nicolas e Bruno fazem a diferença para compensar as deficiências da propriedade.

Muito bom!

Passamos dias muito agradáveis! A vista da piscina no terraço, da área comum e do apartamento é linda, além de ser muito confortável! A configuração da pousada, apesar de não ter café da manhã incluso, facilita a estada com a possibilidade de compartilhar a cozinha num ambiente maravilhoso.
