"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Krone Heritage. A special thank you to Yasmin and Adeeb for their amazing service and hospitality. We stayed for one night to be closer to Sarajevo Airport for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, and the free on site parking was a great plus. Although the AC wasn’t working, we were able to open the windows for a comfortable stay. Since we had to leave before breakfast was served, the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we truly...

"Stayed just for one night. It was a very good stay"

"Exceptional customer service. Great value."

"Bazı eksikler olsa da güzeldi "

"Very comfortable and spotless room! Politeness of staff is incredible! Highly recommend!"

"Nothing good at all."

"Oda yeterince temiz değil di 3 kişi olmamıza ve her gün hatırlatma yapmamıza rağmen 2 havlu bıraktılar internet yoktu kahvaltı kötüydü tavsiye etmiyorum masalar her zaman pisdi temizlik yoktu"

"It was nice hotel to stay"

"Very disappointed!! Room was very old and used up and had stains on bed sheets! Bathroom had extremely scratched faucet, shower door wasn’t sealing and water was coming out while showering, shower floor was banding underneath my feet, drain cover was completely loose, pieces of toilet paper laying on the tiles and had small flies flying from toilet seat. Hotel doesn’t have any wending machines!"

"The room was dirty and stuffy, with no fresh air at all. There were hairs from the previous guest still on the bed sheets, which clearly hadn't been changed. After a 16-hour journey, all I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep, but there wasn't even any hot water. This is truly a place you should not stay at."

"Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept."

"the employees were very rude"

"Wife and I stayed two nights at Hotel Family in mid-October, and had an exceptional experience. The street address is Dejzina Bikica, Sarajevo, but the entrance is actually down a side street at the opposite end of the building, away from Dejzina Bikica. There are several parking spaces facing nose-in along that street frontage. While searching for the entrance we were greeted at the upper end of the facility by Esmir. He cordially welcomed us and guided us to the Registration Counter. ...

"I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and apartments, but I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced an apartment as clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained as yours. The bed, pillows, bedding, and the overall comfort and atmosphere of the apartment deserve a 10+ rating! Everything was absolutely perfect, and I truly felt at home. I will definitely be returning in the future, and I will happily recommend your accommodation to all my friends and family."
