"The Tropical was a very pleasant surprise in Ibiza! By surprise I mean, for the price I paid I expected a much more basic hotel but the Tropical was lovely. The room was very modern and a good size, comfy bed, balcony overlooking the pool which was also very nice (a bit cold but that can be a good thing too). The staff was very pleasant and helpful. "This hotel was absolutely perfect! It is very close to many restaurants, bar and clubs. The staff were amazing at the reception but especially Mari Carmen at the breakfast spot. Pool was very clean which we got to enjoy on our last day! I highly recommend."

"The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot...

"A wonderful stay! Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The hotel manager, Gianluca is the kindest person and made us feel so welcome. If we com back to Ibiza we will definitely stay here again - and would recommend to anyone - 10/10! "

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very comfortable. We went in March so it was fairly quiet in the area. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean and bright with lots of windows. There wasn’t much privacy in the bathroom with glass walls and doors so it would be best suited for solo traveller or close couples. "
