"Water leaked the room was hot and stuffy AC did not work. Bathroom door handle was broke which we could not use the bathroom had to call for maintenance still did not get fixed. I was traveling with a 2 year old and 1 year old. The exposed hardware from the broken door was sharp and dangerous. The table leg fell off exposing screws. Coffee pot shut off when I was making coffee. It only made a quarter of a cup. 4 hours later it started again spewing hot coffee, again I'm traveling with 2 young children. The furniture (couch hideaway bed ) it was the worst hotel we have ever been to"

"No hot water!!! Staff expressed some concerns but believed problems to be resolved. It wasn’t. "

"Room smelled, manager was very rude, did not address the concerns instead he felt insulted, sadly his employees were standoffish, did not try food as we did a check out an hour later. Pool was green so with that being said it was enough for us to leave as it was a staycation for the family to relax and enjoy a clean hotel! Never again! I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry, but manager needs to address the concerns of a customer instead of being rude. But like he said, “I guess a customer is always right!” When refunding me back for one night he made sure to charge me another night. Just wow! "

"Nice to find a clean hotel that’s affordable! The breakfast was decent, the staff is friendly, and although the building is not perfect, you can tell it receives regular maintenance and some good old fashioned elbow grease"

"Overall, my stay was extraordinary and I truly enjoyed the experience. However, I would suggest a couple of improvements. First, it would be great if some reception staff could enhance the quality of their welcome by being more friendly and smiling more often at guests. A warm attitude really makes a difference. Secondly, I would recommend offering Wi-Fi as a complimentary service rather than making it chargeable. Aside from these points, everything else was excellent."
