"This is the better LOTTE hotel in the city. Central in Hongdae, excellent views. The feel of the hotel is definitely on the younger side, as in it would appeal to a younger audience (millennial or Gen Z. The hotel has good amenities, a restaurant and plentiful public spaces to relax or work. The rooms are small, at least the double we booked was on the smaller size, common for a big city. Generally the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom is small but the shower is large and well appointed. Lots of considered amenities in the room to make the stay comfortable. Overall satisfactory, clean, modern and some thought has gone into what would appeal for the audience they are looking to attract."

"The room was large enough for myself and adult sons. We each had a carryon and 2 medium suitcases which fit in the room. It was nice having a separate shower/bathing room, enclosed toilet, and sink for us to all use while we got ready in the mornings. The location was prime as everything was either walking distance or buses/subways within a few steps. Highly recommend the hotel. "

"We really had a pleasant time at ENA Namdaemun Seoul for 5 days! Room was clean and well equipped. It was very spacious for 4 of us. Staff changed towels, made beds and replaced water bottles everyday. Especially the staffs in the lobby were so helpful and courteous. Also, we got so many excellent tips it made our trip more pleasant! Totally recommend ENA Namdaemun Seoul! Thank you so much for helping us to make a very memorable trip! We sure will be back! "A brilliant hotel attached to a mall and covered walking distance to the airport. The room and amenities were excellent- exceeded expectations. The staff were friendly and efficient. Probably the only airport hotel that I could say that I wish I had more time to spend here! Highly recommend."
