"Absolutely loved our stay! We spent two nights at the property and enjoyed dinner on-site one evening — the food was exceptional, and the service was just as memorable. Every staff member we encountered was warm and welcoming. The bakery was a delightful bonus (seriously hard to resist!), and after a full day of exploring, that rain shower felt like pure luxury. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had — would definitely recommend and return!"

"This hotel was recommended to us and it didn’t disappoint. It is a 9-10 mins walk from Kyoto Station with convenience stores near by. It is very clean as everyone has to leave the shoes in a cubby as you enter. Love the multiple onsen pools and shower facility. They are very thoughtful and provided baskets to carry everything to the onset and tabi to wear. Lots of amenities like free washing machine and free cream bars and ramen. There are only 5 massage chairs but I was lucky enough to use it...

"My stay at the Double Tree was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is very close to the train station (and a Shinkansen no less!) and a 7/11, which is great for getting cash on the go. From the moment we walked in we were impressed. The hotel lobby smelled amazing and had a relaxing atmosphere. The clerks were helpful in both English and Japanese, and they even went the extra mile to show us their recommendations for things to do around Kyoto. "Viver uma experiência no Japão. Ficamos uma diária para viver essa experiencia. Eles cuidam de tudo e você se sente da família. Café e jantar servido no quarto. Ao final eles vem montar a cama para você dormir. De manhã antes do café passam para desmontar a cama. Experiência incrível. "

"For me this is the best value hotel in Kyoto, with reasonable price, comfortable rooms with space. I don't include breakfast with my room because there are so many less pricy and more interesting options in the nearby strong complex. The lounge (open after noon) is a mini museum of Japanese art!"
