"Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht richtig beim Schacht über dem Bett , die Klobrille war kaputt und der Duschkopf für die Regendusche funktionierte nicht wie gewünscht und das Wasser spritzte überall hin, Dusche war schimmelig und absolut nicht gereinigt.Das Umfeld ist auch nicht gerade ruhig und raubt einen den Schlaf,Müllentsorgung Fehlanzeige!Badezimmer viel zu klein für korpulente Menschen.Eine Decke gab es auch nicht , sondern nur ein Deckenbezug , den man sich auch noch teilen...

"Kundenservice war schrecklich. Ich kam an der Unterkunft an und das Zimmer welches ich gebucht habe war von jemand anderes besetzt. Keiner hat mich Bescheid gegeben. Somit bin ich gegangen und habe das Geld zurückverlangt. Sie wollten es mir nicht geben. Am Telefon waren die sehr unfreundlich und somit bin ich ins Büro gefahren und habe ein Aufstand gemacht. Ich kann garnichts von allem weiterempfehlen. "

"Wir sind sehr glücklich, dass wir so einen tollen Service und so freundliche Mitarbeiter sowie ein engagiertes Management im Hotel erleben durften. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ganz hervorragend. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Rezeption, vor allem an die liebe Frau Elpida. Sie hat sich persönlich um unseren Transfer nach Halkidiki gekümmert, und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Vielen herzlichen Dank – wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! 😊"

"Overall, the stay was okay. The furnishings, such as the sofa and bed, are somewhat outdated and dirty with stains. The location is exceptionally good; you can get everywhere in the city center on foot and don't need public transportation. However, due to its central location, the apartment is very noisy, making sleep possible only with earplugs. Unfortunately, you can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms in the apartment itself."

"Too many things not functional. It felt like this room was just constructed and not everything was installed yet. There was no toilet paper holder - just a roll of toilet paper sitting on the trash can. No towel rack or hooks. The toilet flusher worked but the button was half broken. Shower didn't completely close."
