The area and the view was spectacular. The coffee shop could have been better, with more foods and treats available. The rooms should have had at least ice buckets considering there were no refrigerators/mini bars to keep you drinks cold.

Wonderful spa at a great location on Lake Saimaa
The hotel is in a great location and extremely clean. The staff are friendly and there's lots you can do just in the spa alone. Our only issue was that there was some noise right outside the room through the night, and the beds are creaky meaning if your partner is a light sleeper, turning your side might wake then up.

Mukava ja rauhallinen paikka
Mukava paikka ja liikunnallinen... Siisteys on ollut hyvää ja mukavaa palvelua. Hotellihuone oli hieman nuhjuisen näköinen käytön jälkien takia ja pistorasioita ei ollut sängyn vieressä muuten hyvä....

Hotelli siisti. Mukava henkilökunta. Kylpylässä rauhallista ja monia altaita käytössä. Kuitenkaan hotellin omaa ravintolaa en suosittelisi, enkä aamupalaa. Henkilökunta ravintolassa hieman tökeröä, eikä ruoka vastannut odotuksia.

lovely hotel with really nice location :)
i love this hotel :) i had very pleasant stay there for 2 nights ....staff is very friendly and polite special thanks to that hotel maid from thailand she was so nice and they cleaned my room very well also i want give my appreciation to the staff at the reception desk they were so nice and helpful to me:) they are very serious about not spreading corona virus :) they have hands disinfectant available everywhere and they are cleaning their hotel very effectively to make sure that all their guests and staff members are safe and guests can enjoy their holiday safely ....hotel spa is very nice and i really enjoyed my visit there . breakfast is good and there is lots of options ..i really liked their coffee and fresh orange juice :) i would visit that hotel again in the future :) i would really recommend this hotel to everybody ps. their location is very beautiful and you could see that lake saimaa from the window of your room :) i really love finnish nature in summertime this is my home country but still i find lots of new things about it sometimes and this was one those times :) it was my first trip to this place but definitely not the last trip :)

Kokemus oli mahtava. Myyjät oli mukavia miinusta kun ei edes partsilla voinu tupakoida. Ilmastointi olisi ollut niin hyvä koska siintä myös mainostettiin ja minua puri joku ötökkä ja se ei ole mieluisa. muistaakseni huoneessa piti olla kahvinkeitin mutta oli vedenkeitin.

Good spa
Location was beautiful and easy to find. Sadly our hotelroom was located next to a gameroom and was very noisy throughout the day but luckily we were able to change the room to more quiet one. Spa was great. Great place to visit during summertime.
