"We booked this hotel because it said they have airport shuttle and it is 10 min away from airport since we are leaving early in the morning, however there was no shuttle service, although they will help you to call car service. So I felt this info was incorrect and misleading. We had to take taxi into center of Florence and took taxi back, we would booked other hotel in center of the city. Other than that, People were nice , we have no other issues. "

"Nice comfortable clean smallish room. The breakfast was fine, affordable (12 euros) and convenient but the dining room when I get there was filled with dirty dishes, they were slow to bus tables. In their defense, I came to the breakfast room at 8 right after the morning rush. The lobby is a bit basic, but there was a place to sit and work or recharge your cell phone while you waited for your room to be ready. "Hotel Villa Ambrosina is quiet, off the beaten path with beautiful views. I absolutely loved the room. It had a beautiful terrace overlooking the hills of Tuscany. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful for only 5 euros. I will caution everyone that it's a very hilly approach from the town, but we walked to a local store for supplies with no problems at all. I loved this stay. "
