冷氣完全不涼，要開窗及不蓋被子睡。 4人房但浴缸是開放式，浴室沒有地方放衣服。浴室燈有時限會自動關閉，使用中突然關燈。。。充電插頭少，位置亦不方便。外出後不會主動清潔房間，要與服務台說才清潔。比較好的地方就是電視可看Netflix。

진짜 후기를 안남길수가 없네요. 객실 키 받아서 갔더니 침대위에 있는 에어컨에서 먼지가 떨어졌는지 덩어리진 먼지들이 침구위에 잔뜩 있었어요. 방을 바로 바꿔주시긴 했지만 바꿔주신방 컨디션도 딱히 좋지는 않더라구요. 청소가 잘 안된건지 파티용품(반짝이) 같은 것들이 약 10개 이상 바닥에 있었고, 나무로된 창문? 중 한짝은 수리를 안하시고 그냥 테이프를 칭칭 붙여뒀더라구요?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 돈쓰고 기분이 참 별루였네요

Needs TLC - pictures are deceiving!

Booked the suite in the hotel, looked a decent price for quite a nice looking suite for a night in Incheon before heading to the airport. The suite itself was ok (they are all different by the looks so its pot luck). Mine had kitchen area, with pretty much everything labelled as 'DO NOT USE'. So not sure what the point of it was! Had a dining area but no comfy seats. MASSIVE bath in the middle of the main room, which looked inviting but unfortunately the taps were so bad and plug ill fitting that you'd be lucky to ever get enough water in to have one. Decoration was awful - selloptape all over the walls (not sure how or why but there was!). All in, looked quite a decent hotel but its hardly been touched since it was built so its got a very run down feel. Location is ok, walkable from subway and some restaurants close - but its not a particularly lively place. If want to see more of Incheon probably better closer to centre / chinatown etc.

주위의 식사, 교통, 호텔상태는 괜찮으나 호텔입구 찾기가 조금 혼동. 라비와 복도조명이 어둡고 Wifi 연결이 원활치 않은 것이 단점.

청결도 별로 사진과 많이다름

호텔이 가장 신경써야할 청결이 실망스러움. 18시경 체크인했는데 욕조, 변기에 담배꽁초와 담뱃재가 그대로 있는걸 보아 청소가 안되어 있어보임 바닥에 머릿카락 그대로임. 사진과 많이 다르고 인테리어 자재도 많이 노후되었음. 침대가 많이 삐걱거리는 소리가 남. 결국 세 시간만에 체크아웃하고 영종도 내 프랜차이즈 호텔로 옮김.

숙박을 후회한 곳은 처음입니다.

청결 상태 정말 최악입니다. 업무상 이동시간 아끼려 송도에 있는 4성급 체인 호텔들 대신 선택했는데, 같은 값에 정말 후회했습니다. 어메니티는 사용하다 남은 것 넣은 것 처럼 스킨 반이 비어 있었습니다. 침구의 얼룩, 머리카락을 잊을 수가 없네요. 주차장이 쓰레기장 같아요. 숙박을 고려중이시라면, 절대 선택하지 마세요.

화장실 변기가 작동하지 않았음. 이에 대해 조치 요청하였으나 1시간동안 조치 이루어지지 않음. 계속해서 작동하지 않아 방을 옮겼으나, 옮긴 방도 똑같이 화장실 변기가 작동하지 않음. 그래서 기존 방으로 다시 짐을 옮기면서 1시간 넘는 시간이 무의미하게 소비됨. 결국 작동하지 않는 변기는 수동으로 바꿔 물채움>배출 반복하면서 사용하여 불편했음.
