Breakfast menu and prepared food was lovely. We had dinner at the hotel one night was just okay. The hamburger was dry and tasted off. The coleslaw inedible. I had the sea bass which is usually my favorite on any menu but was this time just okay.

Dalmunzie Castle Hotel
Staff was not friendly and offered no explanations regarding breakfast or which rooms on the main floor were open for guest use. Cara's Cottage
Cottage was spotless, well equipped, bed was so comfortable. Had a lovely warm feel about it. Location was excellent. Can’t wait to go back later on this year.
