We were unable to sleep because of the loud music. On the first night of our stay, I informed the receptionist about the noise, and she indicated that this was the room I had booked. No alternative options were offered, despite the likelihood that other rooms were available. On the second night, the noise was even more intrusive. Although I wished to extend my stay, the disturbance compelled me to seek accommodation at a different hotel. The hotel can resolve this issue effectively by addressing soundproofing, such as improving the windows to reduce noise transmission."
