Es un hotel que aparenta ser bueno y la realidad está en un edificio médico que comparte los ultimos dos pisos, no tienen NINGUN servicio adicional a la habitacion que si está limpia, amplia pero mal diseñada, no hay un escritorio para trabajar, no hay restaurante o caafetería, yo en realidad preferiría hospedarme en el hotel One que está enfrente.

The hotel is under construction and kind of hard to even know where the front door is. Apparently they have been adding a 2nd tower for the past year. I canceled the other hotel I had because I liked that this hotel had a pool with a view of the city only to arrive and find out the pool was not open due to some accident they are doing construction on it. My kiddo was very sad that she wasn’t able to swim and enjoy the pool. Staff was nice and property is nice but definitely an eye soar with all the construction.

No sirve la calefacción, la habitaciom con fallas, manijas, etc, no cobijas adicionales, el elevador compartido con el.hospital tienes que hacer fila para subir, no servia la terminal, la cama mapa el colchon viejo, amenidades un jabon y shampoo, para una noche de 1450 pesos no lo vale, construcciones y todo cerrado, estacionamiento con costo adicional y fuera del hotel

La habitación era un horno, súper calurosa, el aire acondicionado es muy pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación. No recomiendo acudir en época de calor Había cucarachas en el baño y la alfombra se veía muy sucia, encontramos tenazas de un animal que al parecer era un alacrán. La alberca estaba súper fria Reconozco que la vista esta increíble

I stayed at Hotel Belo Grand in Morelia, and the view was absolutely incredible — you can see the whole city from the large windows. The location is also perfect, close to great restaurants and just a short drive to the historic center. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy the view day and night. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with one of the best views in Morelia!
