Hotel murah di Independence

"The room was ok but its old. It needs a deep deep cleaning. There was dust on the small lamp shades that looked like its been there for a long time. This place definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. I checked in and upon seeing the room, I wanted to not stay there but I had to due to the fact that I had gone through a 3rd party and was non refundable. We made the best of it and was out of the room as much time as we could and only came back to sleep."

"We paid an outrageous price for two nights for the Cosmo suite and had awful dirty rooms, first room was 101 and had stains on the carpet and hair everywhere. Hair in the shower and on the floors and in bathroom sink. When we asked for another room, they sent us to room 369 which was in the same condition but had luxury vinyl on the floor. "What a nightmare!!! If it wasn't late, my husband and I would go to another hotel. We we walked in the lobby so of speak, the staff was caged behind a bullet proof like room. He rolled a draw out to take my ID and credit card. He said a $50 deposit is required in case we damage the room. What a joke. There is nothing possible that we will take or damage in the room. There was a small fee associated with that $50 deposit. When we walked to our room, there were people sitting outside of the room...

"We stayed here after a Royals game on our way to St. Louis as a quick night stop. I have never wanted to leave a hotel before checking in. The parking lot was full people that apparently live there full-time. there was stuff smeared all over the floor in the bathroom on the counter in the kitchen. it was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in. Really sad too because someone put money in it at one time. It has a potential to be beautiful, but is not maintained at all and the clientele is living...

"During a stay I lost my car keys heading back to my room late one night. Next morning was supposed to be our check out day and thatvis when I realized my keys were missing. I talked to the man at the front desk and explained what happened, he let the staff know and let us stay passed check out and re-rented the room for another night. Several hours later one of the maintenance guys brought me my keys. Outstanding staff for the help. Thank you all!"

"The property was clean, breakfast were always hot and varied. The parking lot is awful. So many potholes that you could not avoid them."

"The property was under renovations, the ice makers only worked on one floor, the elevator floors were dirty. It was definitely what I would expect a Hilton to be. You can do better, let's just say the Best Western we stayed at was kept up way better than this hotel. Great location though."
