Although this is “close” to the stadiums and the staff is great, the neighborhood isn’t in the safest areas and my room reeked of smoke at times.

Could of been better could.of been worse.

Tjere was noone in the office from 10pm-10am. Online in tjhe deacription for this hotel it said they offer grab amd go breakfast, that was nonexistent. Our room for the most part was clean, only had 2 towels and 3 ppl, there was 1/2 a tomato left in the refrigerator from previous person who stayed. There was no way to talk.to aomeone or checkout before the sign said 10am. There was alot.of noise outside from.ppl pulling in the parking spaces right outside our room, they would leave with someone that pulled up then return 15-20 minutes later get on their loud motorcycle and leave. I dont believe these were guest of the hotel.

Great place for a night

Room wasn't ready by check in but I wasn't worried about. Since I was going to the Royals game right away. Staff was very friendly. Place is in walking distance of Chiefs and Royals.

Staff was amazing But car got broken into and no cameras even though there is a sign saying there is. Was told to make a police report and the property insurance would cover what was stolen but that hasnt happened. People out all night walk-around parking lot.

Couldn’t check in as room wasn’t ready at 15:00, told to come back after the event we were in town for. Came back later rooms still weren’t cleaned and had been double booked. Had to find a different hotel. Experience was worst hotel experience have ever had.

Disappointed!

It took a long time to be greeted even after dialing the number for service. Once greeted it was discovered that the room wasn’t ready at 4pm with check in being at 3pm. The desk clerk stated “no one wanted to clean rooms”, she had on gloves as if she had been preparing rooms. The room was clean but there was no bedspread on the bed.

It was ok. I was going to a Royals game and as advertised it was .2 miles from stadium but that was a the crow flies. I was told by staff it was not safe to walk back after game so I had to drive anyway. Being "close to stadium" was reason I stayed there.

Not the best sleep beds

The beds were glorified cots and they didn’t have a double room for us so ended up splitting our family in to two rooms. The smell was horrendous in the rooms and the hallways. We had roaches on our kitchen counter in the morning crawling on our stuff.

Not enough employees to help with check in to make service faster. Also there where roaches in the room. The hotel needs remodeling, making the lobby bigger. We won’t be staying at that hotel. Bad experience ever

Room was not cleaned well. There was still trash in the garbage can. I was given a room next to someone that had 2 dogs. The dogs barked and the woman screamed at them a lot. The room i got was for non-smoking but it was clear people had smoked in it before. If it hadn't been too late I would have asked for a refund.

Digusting

The hotel was not clean, smelled like marijuana, our room was not ready at check-in time (3 PM) and we were told that we could leave for the event we were in town for at 5 PM (room still not ready) and come back to check-in afterwards. We were told our room would be ready and that we wouldn’t get a late check-in fee. When we got back to the hotel no one was there and they had a sign posted “At this time we have no vacancies. You will be refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience.” Absolutely unacceptable that this happened to many others as well. My 10 yo son and I had to drive 3 hours to find a hotel with vacancy to let us check in at 4 AM so we could get a few hours of sleep before we finished the last 4 hours of our drive back home. The hotel we ended up staying at was double the cost of the hotel we booked in Kansas City. Do not stay at this dump.
