"We booked to be able to bring the kids to the pool and their pool was closed, no where on the booking site or website says their pool wasn’t in service. The room we stood in did not have working a/c. The shower was clogged and kept filling up. Horrible experience will not recommend."

The staff was helpful and did refund our money but it was late at night when we arrived so it was unfortunate we had to go look for another location. The room had a dingy musty smell, the chair and couch were dirty with stains. The bed had only sheets. The entrance looks good and staff is helpful. Maybe we just got a bad room."

"The staff was amazing and Paul was absolutely so amazing from when we walked through the door welcoming us and seeing if the kids wanted any fruit. We had a suite and the guest before us was a global customer and extended their stay, so we didn't get in our room on time, but once that customer left they had our room cleaned and ready for us in no time.
