"We had a great experience overall. The hotel is well located, 15min away from airport, 20min to downtown. Breakfast and more importantly dinner and beverages being included was a big win helping save tons from eating out everyday. Facility was clean, same as room, staff were friendly. We were offered a 4pm late checkout only for $20 extra which is a given if your departure flight is scheduled in the evening. I would definitely recommend."

After the debacle with the airline, I called guest services to inform them that I will not be there until the morning of the 21st and to see if it will be a problem.
