"The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Although it is located on Rt. 6, our room was quiet not hearing highway noise . The recreation space offered a relaxing place to hang out. We would stay there again."

"The place only had 2 bars of soap and 2 Shampoo's and no conditioner. Bathroom floor never got washed prior to us checking in it was dirty and the door locks to the room were terrible. Didn't have any Do Not Disturb signs to hang on the outside of the door knob. "

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality—definitely much better than a typical continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We also really appreciated having tea and coffee available in the lobby throughout the day. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay!"

"The Top Mast is a spot my family loves to visit every summer. The staff was helpful, and cottage # 2 was lovely. The only thing I might add is that the pullout couch was very uncomfortable. My nephew and his wife "slept" on it. But didn't really sleep. Perhaps a new mattress would solve that problem? Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach!!"

"Clean room, a basic included breakfast, close to lots of beaches and to P-town. Pool is on the smaller side and was busy with lots of kids at peak hours. Staff super friendly."
