"I paid for Ocean view and bigger balcony. I didn’t have ocean view. They charged me ocean view, and I couldn’t even walk on the balcony. And I had to pay for parking and an extra fee for $65 that they never gave me back"

"We had a nice 2-night stay. Check in was easy and we got a room on the floor level like we requested although it was way in the back of the hall. The room was quite nice, but the bathroom needs better cleaning. We did like however the support railing in the accessible bathroom. The breakfast wasn't as good as I've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express IHG. The omelets were hard, only raisin bagels, the cereal bowels were tiny, no hot oatmeal only packets and the attendant wasn't very friendly at all. I have to give thanks to Natasha in housekeeping for her help and thanks to Nadia in the front desk for her friendliness and help. "

"The hotel is nice and clean, and has great amenities. The downside is the front desk staff. The two women at the front desk are horrible. They both acted as if they were inconvenienced and were just rude. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced such unprofessional employees at check-in. Their attitudes never improved, I watched others check in throughout the evening, and their attitudes never improved when guests were checking in."
