"The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast and they kept it stocked and clean. Would have been a nice bonus to have a shuttle option. Some of the areas were dated and worn. I can’t say enough positive about all the staff we interacted with. I would return but hope there are some property upgrades in the meantime."

"Love the charm and ambience! Great team that goes above and beyond to be helpful. Lots of quaint reading nooks and places to enjoy time outside of a hotel room. The location is waking distance to restaurants and the bay. We loved the pool, coffee shop and more. When I left my iPad and called to ask for support, they I immediately locked it and let me know. Stress was relieved. They are great!"

"Julien at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were there for the BTS world tour concert and needed an earlier check-in to get to the venue. We got there around noon and he asked us if we could come back at 1:30 to see if our room was ready. They got one ready for us and we were able to get to our concert. "This hotel and it's location make the perfect getaway to enjoy the delightful town of Dunedin, Fl. The staff, the free breakfast, the rooms, the activities in walking distance. The only thing we thought could be better were the mattresses (2 queens) inour room on the 2nd level. We mentioned it when we checked out and they made a note of it and would be addressing it. We give this place anA+ !"
