"Everything was great nothing to complain about. The only down fall was the refrigerator it was not cooling at all we notified the front desk and they sent there technians to check it and they said housekeepers unplugged it when cleaning villa and they unplugged it and it will take 5 hours to cool down and make everything cold. I had to put everything into the chucucci and add 7 bags of ice to keep everything cold. But besides that everything else was great. I would stay again and again no...

"I wasn't emailed or informed that I had to have the code at the entry to the gate. I didn't get no email. No nothing regarding that. Yes I enjoyed staying but won't be returning! I did not like the fact that I was not properly sent the code or sent anything like I got nothing. I got no code nothing and I got no email. I didn't get anything to inform me that I had to call 72 hours ahead of time to get the code and the key to the gate. I didn't receive no email. I didn't receive nothing regarding...

"The room set up was spacious and exactly what we needed. Except the entry was a little challenging the first night. "

"This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!"

"We decided to do a staycation this weekend with our family. This property was amazing. The kids loved the Mario theme. The whole family from kids to adults had an absolute blast. The host was so responsive to texts. Every question we had or request, the host was so fast to respond. I definitely would stay here again. If you are looking for a kid friendly or young at heart fun weekend, this place is the place to stay. "
