"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the check in person was very nice. The building itself historic and interesting, and the location on the canal made for a lovely walk. However, the hotel itself is huge and it was crowded which made it feel loud and a bit chaotic. The furninishings in the common areas need to be refreshed and the breakfast was barely adequate for the price we paid.
