"Convenient as it is near pasar senen and adjacent is the atrium mall. But the hotel is quite old, the bathroom really needs to be deep cleaned. We only have one roll of tissue in total, and only two bottles of water for 2 nights stay is a bit …"
"Very friendly staff. They do everything to make your stay enjoyable.

"It is a 4 star hotel with shopping mall next to it. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities are old and cracks everywhere which not being properly maintained. Bath towel, bed sheet, booster sheets are old and looked dirty. Breakfast is not continental, traditional Indonesian foods with lots of fried items, not delicious! "
"Wonderful 1-week stay in comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Cleaning, restaurant & front desk staff all amazing. Everyone professional and customer service oriented. Highly recommend."
"Just another Hyat .. perhaps a bit unpersonal, with few areas for small group meetings.
The place felt industrial, although very clean and pompous with great service.
