"I had a very pleasant stay overall. My room was very clean and comfortable. While the curtain had a slight tear and the AC unit cover was broken, the rest of the room was quite nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing (I’d love to know where they got them). "This hotel was “functional” inexpensive and comfortable but very dated. I feel like this hotel stuck 25 years in the past. If you’re seeing a show at MAC it is in the parking lot making it very convenient. Breakfast was basic and coffee was mediocre. Bed was VERY comfortable. Staff was friendly but we didn’t need anything from them. Bring your own toiletries. "

"The condition of the property’s parking lot was extremely disappointing. It appears to be undergoing construction, but there is no clear organization or guidance on where to park. Even the designated IHG member spaces were chaotic and difficult to access. Upon arrival, it took several minutes for anyone at the front desk to acknowledge me—despite the clear sound of me saying “excuse me.” The front desk associate was visibly occupied watching something on her phone in the back room. "I was woken up at little past midnight to being bitten by a bed bug. I informed the front desk immediately. The man at the counter was apologetic but could not help me in other way except to offer to place my clothes in a dryer. I left immediately!! Had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in Kentucky. It was a horrible experience!"
