"Wifi doesn't work, showers don't work, rooms look like hospital rooms but smell like mould, bedding was dirty, the worst hostel I've visited "

"They charge for everything. Early check-in: 50 BOB for a private room – which is understandable. However: The room is freezing cold, and they charge extra for a heater. The shower has warm water, but not hot. No towels or soap are provided in the room. Near at the bus station. "

"Clean and spacious room, bathroom was clean as well but no hot shower when I used it. They have a very nice living room and dining area to chill in. There is a kitchen but cooking is not allowed. About 10-15 mins walk to the Plaza, bus terminal, and the cable car. Close to many things but feels a tiny little bit like an uphill trek."

"Staff were helpful about booking a taxi and making sure I got away OK (5.00 in the morning!) but not very helpful in carrying my luggage up three steep flights of stairs."
