"Easy access. Strange odor in the common area and slightly into the rooms. Only (3) towels provided for a room that sleeps (4). No towel/rug for the bathroom floor provided which creates a slippery situation - especially with kids! Bugs found in the pull out bed."

"The front desk staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. I was there from Fri 6/26-6/29 (2 different reservations). Everything was wonderful...the breakfast, safe parking & exercise room. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and that was one of the reasons your hotel was chosen for my daughter's wedding hotels."

"The Comfort Inn is in a safe area next to a BoJangles and free parking clean property and very nice and friendly employees at service desk.Rooms are very nice with a refrigerator combination freezer. Give this Comfort Inn in Charlottesville Virginia a excellent choice to stay."

"We stayed for our 34th anniversary 2 days ago and found Lisa and her mother lovely, accommodating, and pleasant. Lisa had come from Colorado and had only been the owner about 2 months but one would never know that. It was perfect! They even allowed our Colorado daughter ( who was attending her 25th u of va reunion) to have brunch with us the morning we left. Hot tub, jacuzzi, beautiful room, friendly and helpful owner…. What was there not to like? Ty, Lisa! We shall be back!"

"I should called ahead prior to booking. It was RECORD heat-------and the pool wasn't available. Add to that the ice machines were down. The staff was VERY helpful in getting ice from their private machine. Room was nice and there is a disc golf course out the back. Location close to a bunch of restaurants. If pool were operating this would have been a 5+ rating. Free cookies at 4PM was a nice touch. OUTSTANDING BREAKFAST!! One of the best I've ever experienced at a mid-level chain!"

"Gloria at the front desk. I had an absolutely horrible day. My husband recently died. My kids were fighting. I had put them on an airplane and was driving 13 hours by myself. And Gloria just met me where I was super sweet really kind and helpful and just what I needed I cannot tell her thank you enough. She is a Jim and you should keep her."
