The very tiny room and bathroom in an annex building was furnished with an old bed, broken wardrobe and refrigerator. The only lamp had a loose connection and only worked temporarily. The AC could not be operated with the remote control and either ran at full speed or not at all. The shower and hot water were good.

"Chegamos às 2:00 da manhã em Florianópolis e avisei que estavamos a caminho da pousada. A responsável pediu pra ligarmos quando chegássemos na pousada. Liguei e nada de atenderem. Ficamos quase 10 minutos esperando e nada. Por sorte a Uber foi gente boa e nos deixou em um posto de gasolina próximo. Eu estava com 2 crianças de 9 e 10 anos. Depois de várias ligações a responsável atendeu. Conseguimos edtrar na pousada umas 3:00 da manhã.

"Ficamos hospedados por 4 dias, todos os dias sem agua aquecida nos banheiros pela manha, tivemos que tomar banho frio todos os dias, todo o hotel não oferecia agua quente, pois conversamos com outros hospedes.
