"Nice quiet and clean"

"Staff was horrible with the exception of the 2 younger ladies, all rooms had roaches, washer didn't work, ice machine didn't work, stayed for 2 weeks in 3 different suites, never had room service, receptionist with the short hair threatened to call cops because we left trash outside in the hall so they can take it out since they never cleaned our rooms (after they told us to put it out there) kitchenette stoves dont work, and the jacuzzi didn't work."

"The rooms were nasty, smelled of mildew the second you walked in and front desk won’t answer when third party called to have a refund issued"

"For the price the motel is decent. Keep in mind if you rent the top room 3 beds. It’s above the owners home. If you have kids, this isn’t for you. I got a complaint we “were making too much noise” felt like we were walking on eggshells to not make noise. Pool is nice."

This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. "I booked this hotel by accident! It’s not in South Padre! That’s just the name of the street! South Padre is 2:55 hrs away. For the location it’s clean and convenient to the highway. I didn’t know they accept pets so it was very noisy with the barking and children while I was there. I do not like waking up to barking and loud kids! "Place got the job done as far as giving me a place to sleep. The room was just not very clean, sheets had stains in them, mirror had spots on them, and overall room hygiene wasn’t up to par, but i guess that’s what you expect in these kind of bnb."

"Great breakfast, quiet hotel, and the Rockport City Beach park was a short drive across the road. You could walk but it would be about a mile long. The pool was small but nice. For some reason it was closed during our stay. I am guessing chemical treatment because the smell was so strong."
