"Nice hotel with a friendly staff. It has everything you need. The only issue I had was the cable on one of the EV chargers was bent and didn’t work right so I had to unplug and use another one. Other than that, everything was cool."

"The staff was really great from check in to leaving. My first time in Desert Hot Springs for a short trip from SD and I loved it. The pools were really nice, we had direct access to the pools from our room, the housekeeping came by quick with pillows when I requested more. It’s a little older but charming, the A/C blew warm the second night and only cool the first which was a bit uncomfortable but we only stayed 2 nights. Also the Italian restaurant on the property has delicious breakfast."
