When we got to the restaurant there was more confusion about the booking. However, the restaurant staff were great and even after an issue with our meal order it was quickly resolved. "This is a lovely old house nicely renovated and decorated in a light and simple modern way, and quite well maintained. There is lots of parking and the bus from Portree can drop you off at the bus shelter right in front. Although my single room was small, it was very clean and had some pretty decorations and a comfy bed. It was lovely to hear the birds singing outside the window with the view of tall rhododendron bushes. The tea tray and a small fridge were helpful to have. The heavy curtains...

"We had a seaside room with a nice view. The room was spacious; the bed and linens comfortable. The restaurant was fabulous. The best fish soup ever!. The staff was very helpful and made sure that we had new seating at each meal. Breakfast fantastic. We're going to figure out how to come back here."

"I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked. "Greshornish was a beautiful spot however the location was quite remote and the driveway to get to the property was approximately 2.5 miles long and full of pot holes. It definitely could use some maintenance. The room was clean and large and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good but overpriced. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good."
