We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are clean and nicely updated. We spent a lot of time on our balcony watching hikers go by and marveling at the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although its outside of the city, there are several small towns near by. The area is very charming and there's plenty of hiking and biking right outside of your door.

Perfetto per famiglie. Sciare in primavera!

Questo Family hotel è una garanzia. Ho scelto questo hotel perché avevo bisogno di riposarmi e di soddisfare le esigenze di una bimba di 2 aa e mezzo e quelle di un’adolescente e mio marito che amano sciare. Volevi un hotel che avesse vicino un paesino, ma una piscina interna che in caso di pioggia avrei potuto sfruttare con la bambina di 2 aa e mezzo. Davanti all’hotel c’è un parco giochi favoloso, dove ho trascorso diverse ore con la piccola, mentre la grande e mio marito andavo a sciare sul ghiacciaio. Comodissimo il servizio bus-shuttle personalizzabile che collega l’hotel alle piste, che mi ha permesso di raggiungerli sul ghiacciaio in baita per il pranzo. Sala giochi interni meravigliosa. Piscina grande e pulita. Spa non abbiamo avuto il tempo di sfruttarla. La vallate nei dintorni è bellissima da percorrere a piedi, per arrivare a Neustift (paesino centrale) si può fare una camminata di 1 km e mezzo in mezzo ad alberi, prati verdi costeggiando un fiume che scorre impetuoso. Veramente la vacanza del relax, che può accontentare tutti. Chi ha bambini più piccoli, chi ama sciare anche in questa stagione.

cratteristico hotel tirolese con splendida spa

Hotel molto accogliente e ben curato, personale disponibile e gentile, splendida spa (in particolare la sauna vetrata panoramica), ristorante buono, camere spaziose e pulite. L'hotel è vicinissimo al comprensorio sciistico dello Stubaiergletscher, raggiungibile con lo ski-bus o in auto. Al ritorno dallo sci, in hotel ad aspettare gli ospiti c'è una fantastica merenda tirolese. Ottima anche la cena tipoca tirolese. Esperienza molto valida.

Très bon séjour

Hôtel très accueillant, excellent rapport qualité prix. Le restaurant est juste parfait. Petit bémol, manque peut-être un nécessaire pour se faire un café/thé et une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de mini bar non plus, mais un petit réfrigérateur.

Fantastischer Kurzaufenthalt!

Wundervoller Abschluss unserer Silberhochzeitsreise durch Italien. Wir kamen abends aus der Nähe von Neapel und hatten Glück, ein Zimmer-Upgrade zu erhalten. Das abendliche 5-Gang Menü war ausgezeichnet, der Service super. Dank der Sommer-Stubai-Card konnten wir mit den Seilbahnen zum Gletscher und eine traumhaft schöne Aussicht von "Top of Tyrol" genießen, anschließend nutzten wir die Freifahrt mit der Sommerrodelbahn des Tals - die längste, die wir je ausprobierten, einfach cool. Nach der Jause um 15:00 im Hotel ließen wir es uns im wunderschönen Wellnessbereich gut gehen ...

Sehr schönes Hotel mir neu gemachten Zimmern !

Die wellnesslandschaft ist toll und neu gemacht !! Es gibt einen Teil nur für Erwachsene daher sehr ruhig ! Aber auch für Kinder ist ein Schwimmbad da und viel zu spielen ! Der Service ist sehr gut und teilweise übereifrig! Aber sehr sehr freundlich ! Jederzeit gern wieder !

Zeer goede locatie, goede bedden, luxe badkamer

Wij waren hier voor 1 overnachting ivm onze auto vakantie naar Italie. Absoluut een aanrader, zeer comfortabele kamer, kindvriendelijk zwembad, luxe badkamer en leuke omgeving midden in een dal. Vriendelijk personeel en goed verzorgd ontbijt.

Great relaxing weekend

A great stay made by servicemninded personnel. It was perfect for both adults and small kids to relax and enjoy. Everything was taken care of and the hospitality of the staff was amazing.

Rather average experience

A few points are very important to mention: (1) Quality of rooms is below average. Hotel is divided into different parts. The part that we were staying originated from the 80-ties. Old room, old paint on the wall, old carpet, old sofa, old TV with a broken remote control and on top of it a smelly toilet not really cleaned properly throughout our stay. Acoustic of the hotel room was very bad we could hear our neighbours whispering behind the walls on both sides of the room (2) quality of entrance hall and restaurant: again the decor very out dated, old carpets, old chairs etc. (3) quality of food: breakfast was good and dinner was okay as well so can't really complain about that (4) SPA area: divided again into the "old" and "new" part. The "old" part was where the pool was, the quality of it comparable to quality of our room. The "new" part of the SPA however was amazing, brand new, well designed with ultra modern fixtures and fittings and beautiful glass lift bringing you to a relaxation area. (5) that brings me to a conclusion of our stay: because the hotel has been developed over years you can tell that it has some ultra modern and nice touches but If you were not lucky to get a room in the newer part of the hotel you will be stranded in a hotel room with a 2 star quality at best and going to the ultra modern 5 star quality SPA will make you realise how out dated the quality of your room is in the "old" part of the hotel. That made the overall experience rather average.
