Location is the best NOT the other aspect

The location is the best BUT the check in process bit confusing and also we were assigned to the first floor unit , it s quoet dosappointing as the unit literally side by side with the street ( if we open the window its literally people can jump in ) and its so noisy . But if we closed the window the air inside the room is very stuffy … also the rain shower is broken In short I reccomend this apt just for the location ( just across the oldtown) other than that dont expect much

The hotel was in a good location and the room was clean. The main concern we had was the absence of communication. There are no staff at the hotel and communication is via a phone. There is a screen to checkin. The issue for us was you needed your booking reference number which eventually found had been sent months earlier and was in junk mail. We were not alone with groups of people struggling with checkin whilst we stood in a queue. It would have been better if an email had been sent 24 hours prior to arrival with the booking number and what the process would be.

The room was extremely clean, and well appointed with bags filled with shampoo, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, fresh dish sponges, and even shower caps. The kitchen was perfect and well stocked with pots pans and cutlery as needed. The check in process is where this property lost points due to faffing with codes that hadn’t been sent and needing to make phone calls to get what should have been sent. Otherwise, a seamless stay. Also one less star for the fact the room does not have a safe, and there is no safety chain or even a lock on the door - you just close it and of course it locks. But no “clunk — I’ve closed up for the night feeling” was just one detail that would have been nice. You can’t beat the location of this property, its steps from the central market place Christmas market, and a 5 min walk from the mountain rail line that takes you up to the zoo, the Zaha Hadid station, and onwards up to the Top of Innsbruck. Super recommend, and I would stay here again when coming back to the city.

O quarto é sensacional, mas fizeram uma confusão com minha reserva. Eu havia pedido hotel com garagem. O endereço é meio confuso, mas o atendimento pelo telefone é muito bom. O café da manhã é bem fraquinho com poucas opções.

Overall good. Great location. Checkin was ok. Do the precheckin, it makes the experience easier. We didn't and I did not realize I had recieved the mail for it. We had to call and wait in the queue for a bit before we could be helped. No a/c is terrible in a heat wave.

Great for what you pay!

GREAT LOCATION! This hotel is located so close the the best cafes and shopping. We loved staying here. The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. The only negative I have is that our room was infested with quite a few ants. As a person who isn't easily bothered by bugs it was fine for me but they were very noticeable. Also 15 minutes before check out time someone entered our room without knocking I'm assuming to clean it. Overall I would stay here again!

The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁 The staff were super friendly and helpful!! Excellent location and the room was very nice! I would certainly stay here again!!

nice site..

The site is what I like the most.. near to everything. The appartament was not bad even the room was small for us it doesn’t matter aside that there is no bidet or maybe A kind of shower connected for intimate wash. Aircon is not really necessary for its a bit fresh ambiance. The smell upon entering to check in was horrible I don’t know if it’s good odor for others not being racist but for us it’s not a good odor. No materials for mopping the floor since it’s unevitable not to wet when washing. At first it kept us afraid without reception but It’s a good experience, we will love to come back. Thank you so much
