"The room was lovely. Charming and clean. The staff was really helpful, welcoming and lovely to work with.
The bedding could use an update. The room information discussed different pillow options, but when asking there were no other options available. The down pillows are nice but for someone who is allergic and needs a firmer pillow it would be nice to have options. Also since there is no air conditioning, bamboo sheets that can be cooler might be a good update.
But we loved the vibe. Kind of a retro speakeasy vibe. The street was busy and lively, but the hotel was quiet and you could easily get a good nights sleep. Loved our stay."
