"El hotel Cocoon en Salzburgo es una opción interesante por su cercanía con la estación central de trenes y de buses. Tiene un perfil más "express". La habitación que nos asignaron fue pequeña y con un columpio que más que útil, estorbaba. Eramos 3 personas. El desayuno es self-service, con una buena cantidad de opciones. No obstante, la disponibilidad de mesas es limitada y puede verse uno en aprietos para encontrar una mesa disponible. El desayuno lo tomamos dos dias en distintos horarios y en ambos casos se presentó el mismo limitante. Tienen en el lobby un espacio para tomar té y cuenta con un microondas. No tienen café disponible. Solo de pago. Si tienes algo de comida preparada, no hay un lugar práctico y apropiado para consumirlo. La habitación no tiene mesa o escritorio y el espacio del lobby es más una mesita de centro. El hotel tiene una concepción importante de respeto ambiental, pero los símbolos utilizados son más sintéticos que una realidad (e.g. sonido de pajaros grabados, matas de plastico, papel de colgadura con hojas)."

"I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Although the solo rooms look small in the photos, they are quite big and comfortable. The hotel is well-kept, has very helpful staff and offers a great breakfast. It's also well-located, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Be aware that if you don't book your room with breakfast included, it will be an extra €32, which is too steep a price for what is on offering."

"This was an unusual property but the digital operations worked fairly well until the check out process which I think needs to be thought through a little more. The free storage lockers was super generous and appreciated and the tea and coffee in the locker area is a very nice touch. The room was very comfortable and the sink being outside the bathroom was a good idea. The storage area was very good. All round happy and would look at Zuma again."

"Room is surprisingly spacious and looks very elegant. Separated bathroom and the toilet are very nice. The hotel location is perfect and very convenient to attractions and restaurants. We had very positive experience and will definitely recommend it to our friends and colleagues."

"Only stayed for one night and mostly booked this hotel for the car park. The room was spacious and a little basic but functional. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room (kettle was provided when asked but we had our own tea) and overall we thought that the hotel needed some maintenance. The breakfast was much better than expected with a good selection. The bus stop into town (bus 6) just opposite the hotel and it was easy enough to get around. Reception staff were great."

"The hotel is under renovation at the time of stay, room is very spacious, walking distance to Mirabel garden (just across the street). Lots of stores outside. basically close to the church and a market."
