"The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel offers a great range of amenities, including a built in desk wireless charger and everything was well maintained. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Overall, I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience and would be happy to stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service."

"we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was certainly secure with a keypad to get in the door and to get into the room and to get in the elevator. The restaurant right across the street called FUXN. Was excellent. Close walk and wonderful service and food. If you like to walk, it was a beautiful pleasant walk through the neighborhood to meet our sound of music Tours and near the same location was the palace concert in the evening so everything was very convenient to the hotel."

"We did not actually get to stay here due to the hotel being under renovations and didn't have enough rooms for us. The customer service was fantastic though. They already had a "just as good; if not better" nearby hotel room reserved for us. They even had all payments and information already switched over seamlessly. The lobby of the hotel look really nice, and I will definitely keep this on the top of our list for when we return."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Master Mirabell. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Salzburg. The location was probably my favorite part. We arrived by train and were able to walk from the station with our luggage, and once we settled in, we walked almost everywhere. Mirabell Gardens are just a few minutes away and Old Town is an easy and beautiful walk across the river. I was a little unsure about the self check-in at first since there isn’t a traditional hotel front desk, but it ended up being very easy and we had no issues at all. Overall, this was a great find for our family. It gave us more space than a regular hotel room, the location was excellent, and it made exploring Salzburg very easy. I would definitely recommend Master Mirabell and would stay here again."

"Our stay was very good! Location right next to train station was awesome! Front Desk staff went above and beyond, including staying after his shift to assist & ensure we all had what we needed. The close proximity to the bus stops was equally important for our excursions! We would definitely recommend here for travelers who will be exploring the area & need a great, comfy location."
