The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. Amazing dinner but no real town to walk about. This is a great place if you have a car and want to explore nearby beaches. Close to the train station. "This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm.
From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well.
I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients.

"Good location, a 3 minute walk to downtown. The included parking is convenient since it is otherwise difficult to park in the area. Watch out for traffic if walking out of the property, specially with children, since it is near a busy intersection with no walkway.
Property has a restaurant and a nice swimming pool. Good view of downtown from the top.
