"I spent this last week at this hotel with my family. We got the (2) 2-bedroom apartments with free breakfast included. Pros - The staff I corresponded with via Expedia were very nice, helpful, and genuinely interested to know how I was doing at the hotel before and during my stay. Had an issue with WiFi for one of the rooms, and I communicated this to the staff (Marcel) via Expedia and the next day the issue was resolved!! "I made a reservation and paid in dollars. When I got to the hotel, they didn’t not find my details. It took about 20 minutes before they could find my booking information. I went out with my friend for dinner and returned to see that the hotel staff were looking for me. I was then told that they mistakenly billed me over N621,000 instead of N63,000 (Nigerian currency) (nearly 400 dollars). They now asked me to send them an email for a refund, I insisted it should be them sending me an apology...

"Good location and general condition of the facility is ok. However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel."
