"Great communication with the owner but poor communication on Expedia's part. I spoke with the owner and it seems they have been having issues with Expedia. I didn't receive my room code after completing the online pre registration process but after calling the owner of the property he was able to solve the issue after I sent proof of the registration agreement. The room was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and had everything you needed for a few night stay. Would recommend and go back."

"I’ve enjoyed staying here while dropping my kids off at college so I stay twice a year. The rooms are great. Has an on-site restaurant which is really good. It’s in downtown Fairbanks and close to everything. We just got back yesterday from staying there again only this time I decided to write a review and took one star off because they now charge a $10 parking fee which is nowhere listed on their app or website. "Ok. I have what may sound like complaints, but I’m only sharing them so you know what to expect. Upon arrival, there was a fairly intoxicated man dancing and smoking cigarettes directly in front of the door. He was very jovial and, whatever, all good. I only mention this because he was still outside the front door smoking the next morning - 14 hours later! That said, the location wasn’t great. The next parking lot over had a car/motorcycle meet up, per chance, and there was drag racing going on...
