They upgraded our room to the family biggest one. The view of the church was great. The weather inside the room was excellent. The breakfast very good and the reception was warm and kind. We were there only two days, but we want to come back. All was just great.

This is the only hotel in Switzerland that actually provides ny wife and me with a nice view. The hotel itself is not cheap, but then again, this is Switzerland, nothing is cheap. Property is near main train station, ferry to Lake Brienz, shopping and near to Harder Klum funicular. Couldn't ask for more.

The location is great. It's a 5-minute walk to the train station and the natural scenery is amazing. There's a microwave so you can easily heat up food. The breakfast buffet is also great and delicious.

Room was perfect for the four of us - plenty of space and the breakfast was relaxing and enjoyable. The downside was our room was on 1st floor and apparently right above the outdoor smoking area, so the room smelled like smoke if we had the windows open which was disappointing.

Such a unique hotel. If you are able to, you should select a balcony room. The views were amazing! Very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Great restaurant. Helpful staff. Left an item, and they called us right away and mailed them to us.
