"Location location location .. The hotel was situated in d perfect spot in interlaken .. Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. I highly recommend this and would def go back"

"駅から徒歩で15分程で、ロケーション的にはまずまずではあるが、最悪の点は『水回りの設備があきれるほど汚い』所。排水能力が最低で、洗面台は水が溢れそうになるし、シャワールームは足元のバンに逆流してくるので、ヌルヌルとしていて気持ち悪いのはこの上ない。便座も便器とあっておらず、腰を浮かせて使わざるを得ない。室内設備としては、日本製のエアコンが有り、良好ではあるが、ハウスキーピング能力は最低レベルである。もう一つこのホテルとジョイントしており、ホテルの入り口にある中華料理レストランは、これで料金を取るのかと思うほど、とても食べられるようなものでない。もし再びこの地を訪れるようなことがあっても、決してこのホテルには泊まらない。"

"We stayed two nights at Hotel Krebs and enjoyed our stay very much! Marina at the front desk was delightful and was so welcoming and friendly! She helped us store our luggage prior to check-in and after checking out so we didn’t have to lug it around Interlaken while we explored the area. She also upgraded us for the second night which was so thoughtful of her! The breakfast was great and we ate in the hotel restaurant both nights. The food and service were excellent! We would definitely stay...
