"The staff were wonderful from the valets to the doorman David along with Gene and the front desk staff, also our housekeeping staff daily kept our room in tip top shape daily. First time staying at a 1 hotel and now definitely not our last time. The hotel lobby is beautiful with warm tones and greenery all around to make one at ease & relaxed. The location is great as well just minutes to all the places one wants to see when visiting Seattle."

"Small but clean and friendly staff. Blackout curtains are amazing!! I didnt even realize it was morning. The hotel lobby has lots of sit down areas and books and board games. Ordered the dumplings at the bar and lemon drop and it wasnt very good imo. Other than that I did like the self check in. There was someone there to help me and was a breeze"

"Great location, clean, safe and exactly as advertised. I spent three nights while in town for a conference. The neighborhood felt safe I never had a problem finding a parking spot on the street. As my room was on the third floor, I was able to open two windows for a cross breeze of fresh air in the evening. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. "Clean, well maintained. Just 2 gripes: the breakfast buffet, which was fine in itself, only had all disposable plates, cups, and utensils. I know this is much easier for the hotel, but it does generate a lot of trash. Other complaint is that electric vehicle charging was listed as an amenity. Got there and was told it is tesla only. I asked if it was DC, a super charger, or not, and was just given a vague answer. The staff only seemed to have a vague awareness of electric car charging. It's not...
