"Excellent location! It's central to almost everything you'd like to see near downtown Seattle and very near the water. It took 10 minutes from the link rail to the hotel, it was easy even with a carry on suitcase. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had requested a view but didn't get one. Hopefully next time I will. Other than that, I highly recommend the Ace Hotel, and will be staying there next time I'm in town."

The building is nicely maintained, fun decor inside the common areas, the staff was friendly and approachable, helped with our bags and general information about the amenities. The minor issues that came out are: there are no ice machines anywhere in the building; they suggested we put water into the empty ice tray in the mini fridge- but really? It would be check out time before it was frozen. IMHO they need to install an ice machine at least in the...

"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"
