"Love this place. Price is perfect. Beds are super comfy. The layout was cool. Having my own personal bathroom not attached to our room was different but I didn’t mind. Using the kitchen saved us money and not having to toss leftovers. I’ll definitely return. Keep in mind there’s No parking so you do find the closest open street parking spot. Would definitely recommend for a single traveler or a couple on a budget!! "
"Had a wonderful experience. Cute little spot and the wife absolutely loved having exspressos every morning. Super responsive staff very helpful in the web cliant"
"Great little place to lay your head. Bed was comfy, pillows were great. Mini fridge in room. If you dont mind sharing a kitchen it was a wonderful stay.
Minutes away by uber to downtown. Restaurants nearby were great amd a grocery store 3 blocks down the road. "
"The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real. Parking was probably the worst part as it took about 1 hr after arriving to find a spot. Thankfully I didnt have to move my car for 2 days otherwise it would have been awful. We ended up walking around 12 miles to get to places. I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for a cozy place to stay for the weekend as parking is free in most spots Friday 6pm to monday 6am. We had 1 issue which was with our door lock but they fixed it pretty quickly so it was a great and quick response on there part. If your on the fence about this place dont worry they'll take care of you. Its probably the cheapest option in Seattle and one of the best minimalist options."
