"The property was great and the communication with the owner super! Thank you!"

"Excellent property and stay. Parking is the only concern, as is true for most downtown Seattle hotel properties. There is street parking for a fee, which has to be renewed every day (except Sunday) at 8 a.m. On weekends, the Amazon parking lots/garages are available for public parking, at a price. There is no valet parking option at the hotel."

"Very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room"

"Really nice Hotel"

"I liked the property because it was clean, it has walking ability to nearby amenities also. They have “free” wifi but we could not connect to it even after messaging the property, nothing was resolved. Breakfast had a good assortment of food and plenty of room to sit. Staff got annoyed when he had to help open our door due to the battery dying. We had a good stay but could some improvements."

"Great studio apartment-like room with a outdoor balcony, living room area, dining table, and kitchen complete with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, as well as pots, pans, plates, utencils--just about everything you'd need for a long-term stay. It was also very quiet; some outside street noise as you'd expect, but no noise whatsoever from the neighboring rooms above and...

"Very functional & great location close to Seattle University!!"

"Very safe neighborhood. Conveniently located near a Safeway. The room was comfortably sized for two people, and the bathroom was spotless. Shared spaces are well-maintained and on a separate floor from any living spaces."

"Great location. Little inconvenient the separate bathroom but it was right beside your room."
