It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "전체적으로 조용하고 조심스러운 분위기에 캡슐방이라 오랜만에 숙면 했어요 더운나라는 캡슐이 짱인듯요 샤워실도 넓고 쾌적해요, 환기도 매일 시켜주시고 청소상태도 깔끔합니다 다음에도 가고싶어요 단지 바로옆엔 식당이 없지만 조금 아래로 가서 육교 건너면 맥도널드쪽 스벅이랑 있구, 그랩푸드도 잘되요 Mrt는 titiwangsa역, 미술관도 근처, 바투케이브까지 돌아보기 좋아요"

"住宿空間不錯，也有電視可看，洗手間及浴室有開窗，房間也可看到城市景觀！服務人員有禮貌，飯店有電梯很方便！ 電梯灰塵有點多，沖澡時水柱很強也很舒服，但是剛我那間水退得有點慢，導致洗完澡後有點淹水！ 搭大眾運輸過去的話，還真的不太方便，比較推薦搭grab！"
